Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Berry Street Research Group LLC, a New York limited liability company based in Albany, New York (“Berry Street,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which owns and operates 1chat.

Using 1chat

You must provide accurate account information, keep your access secure, and use the service lawfully. You may not abuse the service, attempt to access another account, automate excessive traffic, or use 1chat to violate the rights of others.

Membership

The 1chat membership is $20 per month and renews automatically until canceled. Usage is subject to the allowance shown in the product. You can manage or cancel through account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

AI responses

AI responses can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, or other high-impact decisions.

Availability

Models and providers may change or become temporarily unavailable. We may adjust the curated catalog, limits, and product features to maintain quality, safety, and sustainable service.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create security, legal, or service risks. You may delete your account at any time.
